OneDigital Client Management Training supports the professional development of people managers by providing skills, tools, and resources to lead and maintain a high performing team, navigate change, and receive and deliver feedback effectively year after year. Course includes 8 Training Sessions (16 hours) Training Session Time: 12pm - 2pm PST April 15, 2025 - Leadership Presence April 29, 2025 - HR Management Basics May 13, 2025 - Coaching with Confidence May 27, 2025 - Giving and Receiving Feedback June 10, 2025 - Delegating to Empower June 24, 2025 - Leading Through Change July 15, 2025 - Building High Performing Teams July 29, 2025 - Capstone Session The Training Sessions include skill building, discussion, reality practice and action planning. The facilitator will have a slide deck and be training and facilitating the learning a majority of the time. Training Session 1: Leadership Presence In this course participants will learn how to lead teams to be their best: • Begin to create your leadership brand which will be the bedrock of your leadership presence in learning to lead and manage effectively • Learn how to meet your employee where they are • Discover how to develop and support your employees to be their best Training Session 2: HR Management Basics In this course participants will learn how to manage people to be their best: • Learn the fundamentals of a manager’s responsibility to the company and your employees • Learn HR compliance that supports the health and safety of employees • Understanding best practices from hiring to performance through corrective action process Training Session 3: Coaching with Confidence In this course participants will learn how to coach their teams to success: • Understand why coaching is key to build confidence and skill in your employees • Learn coaching skills that open-up conversations and empower your employees • Learn how to turn employees into leaders • Understand how to support employees without enabling employees Training Session 4: Giving and Receiving Feedback In this course participants will learn how to give and receive feedback: • Learn different techniques for giving clear, concise feedback • Understand why it is vital to give positive feedback • Learn ways to receive feedback gracefully Training Session 5: Delegating to Empower In this course participants will learn how to set their teams up for success through delegation: • Learn how to delegate responsibility – delegate the right amount at the right time for you and your team members • Discover how to set up delegation effectively • Understand the power of check-ins and holding accountability to curb micro-management tendencies Training Session 6: Leading Through Change In this course participants will learn how to lead their team through changing times: • Learn the pillars of success for leading teams through change • Understand how to support your team as they flow through the change continuum • Learn what employees and teams need most during times of change Training Session 7: Building High Performing Teams In this course participants will learn the fundamentals of what drives highly successful teams: • Understand the traits of successful teams • Learn the team maturity model and how these areas affect your team • Discover simple techniques to increase your team’s strength and trust to becoming a high-performing team quickly Training Session 8: Capstone Session In this course participants will learn the fundamentals of what drives highly successful teams: • Deeper discussion of applying the material • Sharing each participant’s Leadership Brand • Final completion exercise of the program TRAINING IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
